Susie Espinosa

Susie's Story

Susie is a graduate of Shoreline Community College's dental hygiene program in Seattle, WA, and furthered her education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Oregon Institute of Technology. She has been in the dental field since 1997. She's a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Washington State Dental Hygiene Association, and an original member of the SouthShore Study Club. Susie has spent her career helping children and adults feel at ease by building confidence, trust, and friendship with her patients. Always striving to gain additional knowledge, she attends many continuing education courses throughout the United States.

Susie’s journey started as a concerned mom seeking answers for her son and husband. She quickly became passionate about muscles and poor function of the mouth and face in connection to teeth shifting and airway health. This inspired her to further her education in orofacial myofunctional therapy. She is a natural listener and facilitator, helping her patients search for answers and get to the root cause of their problems.

Outside of her professional passions, Susie’s life truly revolves around her family and friends. She keeps busy with cooking, organizing family trips, and helping connect family and friends together. Since 1998 she has been married to her hilarious and amazing husband. They have two sons, one a UW Husky and one a WSU Coug. Football season brings major division in the household. Susie realizes her health is important and invests in herself by enjoying yoga, massage, and chiropractic sessions. She keeps active with 5k to half marathon races and hiking in the beautiful great Pacific Northwest.
