What age is Myofunctional Therapy appropriate for?

Ages 4-100, depending on their maturity level on either spectrum of the age limit.

How long is the Myofunctional Therapy program?

Depending on the initial assessment, we customize each client's therapy schedule based on their needs, progress and motivation levels.

How long is a therapy session?

Scheduled therapy session is 30-45 min.

How often is therapy?

We see clients every 1-2 weeks. That is a good time frame for clients to practice the suggested exercises and to report back how they are doing.

How is pre/post care different than regular therapy?

It is most beneficial to gain the maximum amount of function prior to surgery. Post operatively, we will work on therapeutic interventions to facilitate movements with the newly released structure to aid in optimal function and healing.

Do you offer packages?

We do offer packages. This allows for schedule and financial flexibility to do therapy as needed that works around your life. Options will be discussed at the end of the functional assessment.

Can I schedule multiple family members to be seen in one therapy session?

We understand your time is valuable. However, we choose to see each client individually so all eyes can be on them. We have options of either back to back sessions or two different providers with each family member.
